We instructed Proprius and Cushman & Wakefield to support us in the lease regear of our Athens facilities, located in Marousi. This project was challenging since we had to transform a sublease into a direct lease. The company owning the property also changed during the course of the negotiations.
Thanks to Nicky Simbouras' involvement, we managed to secure major improvements compared to the previous agreement, including savings in rent, stability of rent evolution and flexibility of exit right.
