Nicky has been with Cushman & Wakefield or its Alliance partner company since 1991 and headed CW Hellas since its start of operation in 2004. In 2005 she has been awarded the position of Partner in C&W while in January 2011 she founded Proprius the result of reorganization of C&W’s Greek operation. Over the past 25 years Nicky has concluded several of the most high profile investment sales and lease transactions in the Greek commercial market and provided high-level strategic advice to owners/investors. Over her long career has developed strong and loyal client relationships with a broad spectrum of firms. Nicky is a frequent speaker and panelist at industry conferences in both Greece and abroad and a member of recognized international institutions - Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), ULI, ICSC.

Panagiotis is one of the leading retail brokers in the market, skilled in representing both retailers and landlords/developers. His 15-year career in real estate has provided him with unsurpassed knowledge of local retail real estate markets. His ability to identify optimum retail locations and to negotiate cost-effective leases has enabled a host of national and international retailers such as Inditex Group, H&M, Blanco, Footlocker, M&S, to expand in Greece. Panagiotis joined Cushman at 2003 and he holds additional eight years experience in other real estate firms. Among Panagioti’s most valuable assets is his relationship with major national owners and developers. His relationships among other factors enable him to expediantly conclude favorable transactions on behalf of his clients. He has been actively involved in the leasing of the main shopping centres in Greece among which The Mall, Mediterranean Cosmos, Village Park and Polus shopping centre in Romania. Ioanna Palivou joined Proprius in January 2011 and has 19 years of unsurpassed experience in the real estate industry including development, investment, brokerage and consulting. Ioanna has previously served for five years as a Development Director for EKTASIS SA, commercial developers with assets of 390 million €, where she gained development consultancy and asset management experience implementing the company’s expansion plans and management of their assets. Prior to that Ioanna served as General Manager for Sotiropoulos Bros (commercial consultants Associate of Cushman & Wakefield in Greece), working on sales, leasing, development and management of office, industrial and retail space and supervising respective teams. Among Ioanna's most valuable assets is her relationship with major market players. With an extensive background in all property types Ioanna always manages to successfully address and solve her clients’ varied requirements and assignments.
LILA TSITSOGIANNOPOULOUGENERAL DIRECTOR OF VALUATION & ADVISORY
Lila Tsitsogiannopoulou – General Director of Valuation & Advisory. Lila Tsitsogiannopoulou has more than 20 years of experience in the valuation and advisory sector. She is a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS), certified by the Ministry of Finance, and an RICS APC assessor. She holds an MSc (Property Investment), a BSc (Property Valuation & Finance) from City University Business School, a Diploma (Micro-Economics) from London School of Economics. Lila, has re-joined C&W Proprius to lead the Valuation and Advisory sector following a dynamic career in HRADF and leading large scale privatization projects. Prior to joining C&W she was a Senior Surveyor at CBRE handling property appraisal projects such as industrial plants, hotel developments, hospitals, golf courses, commercial, leisure and residential properties. Between 2001 and 2005 she was a Development Associate in LAMDA Development S.A where she dealt with project evaluation, development appraisals and risk analysis. She also worked for DTZ Athens and Prudential in London. She has published a large number of articles in major financial and economic newspapers and journals.
MICHALIS KATIKASSENIOR SURVEYOR BUSINESS SPACE
Michalis joined Cushman & Wakefield Hellas in 2007 and holds valuable experience in the occupiers and investors services as well as facility management. He holds an International MBA in Finance and a BEng in Surveying Engineering. He has significant experience in the business sector and has handled several disposals and acquisitions of major international players and local companies. Prior to that gained 5 years experience in Construction Project Management and has participated in large scale public and private projects throughout Greece. One of Michalis’s strong points is the valuable contacts with all major developers and construction companies throughout the country. Michalis is a Member of the Technical Chamber of Greece, holds a Construction Diploma and Contracting Degree from the Greek Ministry of Environment, Energy and Climate and he is a Member of the Hellenic Association of Rural Surveying Engineers.
