NICKY SIMBOURAS
FOUNDER & MANAGING DIRECTORNicky has been with Cushman & Wakefield or its Alliance partner company since 1991 and headed CW Hellas since its start of operation in 2004. In 2005 she has been awarded the position of Partner in C&W while in January 2011 she founded Proprius the result of reorganization of C&W’s Greek operation. Over the past 25 years Nicky has concluded several of the most high profile investment sales and lease transactions in the Greek commercial market and provided high-level strategic advice to owners/investors. Over her long career has developed strong and loyal client relationships with a broad spectrum of firms. Nicky is a frequent speaker and panelist at industry conferences in both Greece and abroad and a member of recognized international institutions - Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), ULI, ICSC.
IOANNA PALIVOU
MANAGING PARTNER - CORPORATE SOLUTIONSIoanna Palivou joined Proprius in January 2011 and has 19 years of unsurpassed experience in the real estate industry including development, investment, brokerage and consulting. Ioanna has previously served for five years as a Development Director for EKTASIS SA, commercial developers with assets of 390 million €, where she gained development consultancy and asset management experience implementing the company’s expansion plans and management of their assets. Prior to that Ioanna served as General Manager for Sotiropoulos Bros (commercial consultants Associate of Cushman & Wakefield in Greece), working on sales, leasing, development and management of office, industrial and retail space and supervising respective teams. Among Ioanna's most valuable assets is her relationship with major market players. With an extensive background in all property types Ioanna always manages to successfully address and solve her clients’ varied requirements and assignments.
PANAGIOTIS TSAOUSIS
PARTNER - HEAD OF RETAIL LEASINGPanagiotis is one of the leading retail brokers in the market, skilled in representing both retailers and landlords/developers. His 15-year career in real estate has provided him with unsurpassed knowledge of local retail real estate markets. His ability to identify optimum retail locations and to negotiate cost-effective leases has enabled a host of national and international retailers such as Inditex Group, H&M, Blanco, Footlocker, M&S, to expand in Greece. Panagiotis joined Cushman at 2003 and he holds additional eight years experience in other real estate firms. Among Panagioti’s most valuable assets is his relationship with major national owners and developers. His relationships among other factors enable him to expediantly conclude favorable transactions on behalf of his clients. He has been actively involved in the leasing of the main shopping centres in Greece among which The Mall, Mediterranean Cosmos, Village Park and Polus shopping centre in Romania. Panagiotis is a member of ICSC Greek committee.
GEORGE GKOLAS
HEAD OF VALUATION AND ADVISORY SERVICESGeorge has 18 years of experience in valuation and real estate consulting services. Prior joining C&W Proprius he served as head of V&A in Savills. He is a Surveying Engineer of AUTh, holds an MSc in Property, while he is a Certified Appraiser of the Ministry of Finance and a member of RICS. He has participated in the valuation of some of the largest portfolios and individual properties in the country. George has strong financial modelling experience having developed complex models for the valuation of a wide range of real assets.
THEODORE HATZIMIHALAROS
SENIOR MANAGER VALUATION AND ADVISORYTheodore has over 20 years of experience in real estate. He is a member of RICS and a certified appraiser of the Ministry of Finance. He holds a master's degree in Business Administration from RIT. He also holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from NTUA and an IFRS Diploma from ACCA. Has 16 years of experience at J&P AVAX with properties under management over €100 mill. Theodore has a thorough knowledge of Greek market and is currently managing key client accounts including the regular valuation of a REIT.
